Payments

We offer the following payment methods:

Credit Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

All requested information must be filled in. In case the payment platform indicates non-acceptance of the payment, your order will be automatically canceled.

PayPal Payment

Besides being widely used worldwide, PayPal is undoubtedly one of the safest methods for making online payments.

MBway Payment

After selecting this method during the ordering process, you should provide the mobile phone number associated with the application, access it, and follow the purchase confirmation steps indicated.

Delivery

For low-volume orders (materials), EueMontessori ships orders via registered mail through CTT. Registered mail is assigned a barcode with a unique identification number that allows tracking and locating the order.

The shipment of your order will only be made after payment is completed. During the order process, you can contact customer support to confirm the availability of stock for desired products and the delivery time for those items. The average delivery time for small/medium items is 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days after payment. If, due to stock shortage, your order takes longer to be dispatched, our customer support will get in touch with you.

For large-volume shipments (furniture), EueMontessori ships orders via Eurosender.

Eurosender collaborates with various transport companies, which, based on the location, size, and weight, determine the company that will pick up the goods from our headquarters.

The production of your order will only be initiated after payment is completed. During the order process, you can contact customer support to confirm the production time and estimated delivery for those products.

The average delivery time for bulky items is up to 15 (fifteen) business days.

Notes:

The shipping cost varies based on the weight and dimensions of the products. You can estimate the shipping cost in the 'estimate shipping' field after adding the products to your shopping cart and selecting your region.

Please pay special attention and understand during high-order volume periods, such as Christmas, year-end, or holiday seasons, as there's a higher likelihood of your order arriving outside the above-mentioned timelines.

Order processing occurs between 9 am and 4 pm from Monday to Friday, only on business days.

We are not responsible for delays arising from strikes, restructuring, or other situations beyond EueMontessori's control.

Whenever there's a 'Free Shipping' promotion, EueMontessori reserves the right to choose the shipping method.

How is the delivery of our furniture?

Our furniture is mostly shipped unassembled (except for those items whose description specifies otherwise). The assembly of the furniture is the responsibility of the customer. To facilitate this task, we include the necessary tools, screws, nails, etc., along with the pieces for the correct assembly of the furniture. A single key is provided, which will be used independently to assemble the furniture.

Upon receiving the order at your home, please check if all the items are correct. If any of them are damaged, make a note and contact us so that we can inform the delivery company. If any piece is not in good condition, please get in touch with us so that we can replace it at no cost.

Changing order

After your order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered. If you wish to make changes, you should contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been processed yet and depending on the situation, we will take possible measures and do our best to accommodate any necessary changes to ensure you receive the product as desired.
